Footprints in the Kitchen

This recipe is one of my favorites, not only because it’s so easy to make but because it’s perfect for these hot, summer days. I call it a Mango Slush.

This is a 2-ingredient recipe; children will have fun and enjoy helping you make it.

You will need the following:

  • 2 cups of fresh mango previously cut (frozen is okay)

  • 2 cups of pineapple juice

Recipe instructions:

  1. Put the mango in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add pineapple juice and stir.

  3. Pour into a plastic dish (freezer safe), cover and freeze over night or until firm.

  4. Scrape the mixture with a fork and serve immediately.

  5. Enjoy!!

Remember, most important of all, is to have FUN and make MEMORIES that will last a lifetime!
