Ray Bullick


	Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency Ray Bullick was appointed as a Commissioner July 11, 2006. Mr. Bullick is the Director of Health Services Branch for the County of Tulare Health and Human Services Agency. He was born in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Nursing. He studied at the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia and earned a Certificate in Acute Disease Epidemiology.


	Mr. Bullick moved to Tulare County in 1984, where he received his Master's Degree in Health Science Administration from California State University Fresno in 1988. He has used his education and experience to serve the health needs of Tulare County for the past 22 years.
